In a previous article, I raised red flags about online ‘activists’ who claim to have insider information. In particular, I raised concerns about the accounts associated with @OfficialNMP. Further investigation has revealed that not only are these accounts involved in catfishing, but that the associated individuals appear to be grifting.
In social media, a ‘catfish’ is someone pretending to be someone they are not, traditionally within the context of online romance. The intensity of emotions and social bonds formed within the Resistance carry a similar vulnerability to this kind of exploitation, particularly when it comes to those offering ‘insider information.’ We’ve seen many accounts crop up under these auspices. The names ‘insider’, ‘rogue’, ‘alt’ and ‘leaks’ will garner attention with little or no legitimizing information; however, for the most part, these accounts are face-value. There is no backstory, relationship building, or intricacies. Of course, one must consider both the veracity of the ‘leaked’ information as well as the motive of the account holder. With a political climate fraught with disinformation campaigns, one should always consider unsubstantiated claims with skepticism. It was this skepticism that led to this investigation.
This operation centers around 26 year old Cait Nanna (aka Hepzibah Nanna, Gem Jean, Caitlyn Nanna) of TN and 58 year old Johnny Matthes (a.k.a Johnny Jackson, Scott Jackson, Johnny Fuego) of CA. They are the ‘co-pastors’ of a revivalist ministry called The Lion Triumphs Ministry. Their digital footprint is widespread and comprised of a web of real and fake identities that span Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and GooglePlus among other platforms. With the help of a small team of researchers, I have conducted this investigation to protect the Resistance, but it is worth noting that the political left are not the only targets–her reach extends to sexual abuse survivors, LGBTQ, and revivalist/charismatic Christians. In conjunction with this exposé, the appropriate authorities have been contacted and provided with our research.
The Backstory
Cait and Johnny met in 2009 and both claim to have been born into the occult and subjected to Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA). Cait, in particular, claims to have been born into a “top” Illuminati family and ‘promised’ to Satan as a small child. She was later adopted, but her refusal to deny Jesus and accept Satan has caused her to have a life filled with torture, abuse and death threats at the hands of Luciferians. While Cait does have a social media presence prior to her association with Johnny, there is no mention of the occult. Another marked difference is Cait’s use of the name Hepzibah (Hepzi). Under this new name, she launches The River of Fire Fellowship and The Lion Triumphs Ministry. She also begins self-publishing a variety of books Even the most basic review of Cait demonstrates that she is resourceful and has profiles marketing herself as a model/actor, writer, editor and caregiver in addition to her role as a pastor. Until the current election there is little mention of politics, yet they now claim to have been spiritual advisors to both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and even showcase written endorsements from them on their websites. Hepzi’s site bio also states she has been raised from the dead twice and is currently suffering from bone cancer. As you will see, her health plays an important role in all this.
The Mark
Those in the Resistance know Cait as ‘Hepzi’. My awareness of her began when she was brought into a Twitter activism direct message group as someone who knew ‘what was really going on’ with the election. She used the handle @OfficialNMP and claimed to be the co-founder of #NotMyPresident. She told a tale centering around Jacob Rothschild, The Illuminati and The New World Order. It was her contention that Donald Trump no longer wished to be President, but that he was forced to do so to protect his son, Barron, who was the victim of ongoing Satanic Ritual Abuse at the behest of Rothschild (a shapeshifter, no less). Needless to say, this story was met with shocked silence. It was so preposterous that it didn’t even warrant acknowledgment. However, Hepzi did not disappear from the Resistance, in fact, she kept reappearing—each time with an even larger number of followers—large increases that could not be organic and were not reflected in her post engagement. Another account, @InsideDJTTruth was created. This account was, supposedly, Robert Edward Rothschild (aka Robert Jackson Rothschild) – Hepzi’s boyfriend and Jacob Rothschild’s grandson. Of course, Jacob Rothschild’s lineage is public, and there is no record of a grandson named Robert. Nevertheless, Robert emerges on social media to tell his tale of long-term sexual abuse at the hands of Donald Trump. Despite the ‘conspiracy theory meets the occult’ nature of Hepzi’s story, she manages to become involved with burgeoning Resistance groups. She attempted to connected with the Resistance Party, in fact, giving her account, @Americas_Party1, to bolster Parrish Beals after his falling out with that group. Parrish went on to form America’s Resistance Party. Hepzi emerged as a partner in TheResistanceUnite.org website.
Hepzi’s tales of conspiracy and odd social media behavior (bulk adding followers, multiple accounts, regularly deactivating, reactivating and transferring accounts) were enough to raise my suspicions. My first concern was that she was infiltrating the Resistance to spread disinformation or gain counter-intelligence. After this investigation, I no longer believe that is her motivation. Further, I have no reason to believe that activists who have partnered with her are fully aware of her scheme.
The Hook
So, how does someone peddling such sensational claims gain a foothold in circles of legitimate activism? Successful catfishing at this level requires significant skill at camouflaging, marketing, role playing, and emotional manipulation. Let’s examine how Cait uses these methods to gain acceptance.
Camouflaging
In a social media based group such as the Resistance, camouflaging is pretty easy. News feeds are littered in posts of the same ilk. On Twitter, snippets of conversations are shown as individual tweets—unless one takes the time to thoroughly review someone’s timeline, there is little reason not to accept them purely on the basis that they are a like-minded individual. Direct message (DM) activism groups allow for more in-depth conversation, and Cait likely learned those would not be the best places to establish credibility. But, how do you bridge the gap from a ‘resistor’ to a leader in the Resistance? It takes more than retweeting anti-Trump posts.
Marketing
Social media status is determined by the size of one’s following, therefore investing in large numbers of purchased followers is a shortcut to establishing credibility. Like @OfficialNMP, I noticed that @InsideDJTTruth was also adding bulk followers that could not be organic. Further, amid the influx of alt and rogue accounts that followed Trump’s silencing of federal agencies on social media, @InsideDJTTruth (‘Robert’) became Inside Trump’s Life (@RogueLeaks) and Johnny’s account became POTUS Leaks (@johnnyecstatic). This was a calculated move from a marketing standpoint. Despite their wild allegations, they were able to not just blend in, but tap into a popular trend, maintaining credibility as long as no one examined them too closely. An ‘official’ sounding name and tens of thousands of followers will result in follow backs from big Resistance accounts. This ‘endorsement’ from actual leaders in activism offers even more legitimacy.
Role Playing and Emotional Manipulation
While Hepzi does have a small core group of believers, the driving force behind her post engagement comes from fake accounts that exist to bolster her story. Based on writing styles, the @RogueLeaks account seems to be authored by both Cait and Johnny. Robert’s narrative is ever-evolving. Currently, he claims to be part of an impending sexual abuse lawsuit with 50 other people being brought against Trump, Bannon and Paul Ryan, to name a few. It is always right on the cusp of happening. Johnny (as POTUS Leaks) legitimizes his insider knowledge by claiming to be Donald Trump’s 3rd cousin, his current spiritual advisor, the ‘spiritual dad’ and ex-brother-in-law to the fictitious Robert. He gives his location as Washington D.C. – records show neither Cait nor Johnny have ever lived there. The combination of the three Twitter accounts reflect and validate one another’s legitimacy. They have similar arrangements on Facebook, and, as of yesterday, Robert has become an actual member of the Lion Triumph’s ministry-this on the heels of his explosive leak that Donald Trump molested his son, who has Down’s Syndrome, and made a porno tape about it. (I wish I was making this up). Facebook has shut down many of their accounts for being fake, but they keep creating new ones.
While the overarching narrative is extraordinary, Cait and Johnny have rooted their story in emotional truths—bullying, sexual abuse, PTSD and serious illness. Aside from political re-tweets, this is the bulk of their content. This emotional language serves two purposes: 1) it fosters empathy/sympathy and 2) it serves as a defense against criticism. The character of Robert, for instance, is suicidal due to being triggered by seeing Donald Trump in the media all the time. Any pushback on their story is met with reference to another suicide attempt. This is particularly interesting since ‘Robert’ already died on November 9, according to social media references. Now that he is alive again, he is quite useful for reflecting and supporting Hepzi’s claims.
Reviews of Hepzi’s social media circles reveal that she is quite a sick young woman, apparently, afflicted with 4th stage bone cancer, AIDS, and a brain tumor. To make matters worse, she is continually harassed and threatened by the likes of Paul Ryan, Steve Bannon, members of the “Trump cult” and, even, 100 or so people in the Resistance. People who question her story are bullying her, making fun of her for being a pastor or for having cancer, or threatening her life. Hepzi spends a fair amount of time elaborating on this in Facebook Live videos.
The Con
At first glance, it is difficult to imagine that many people would be taken in by a story as absurd as this one. If it is truly just a way to get attention, why spend money purchasing followers for multiple accounts? @OfficialNMP is not the first large account she has developed this way (@popomondo was apparently stolen by Richard Spencer and given to a Turkish woman—add the alt-Right to the list of Hepzi’s harassers). In my opinion, all this catfishing is designed to get money and opioid pain medication.
Cait and Johnny have gofundme, givesendgo, and givesforward pages and a paypal account for donating directly to their ministry. They assert these donations are tax-deductible, yet their ministry is not a listed charitable organization in CA, TN or GA. The GA address associated with their domain registration is not an actual address.
The money raised for the ministry pays for the associated costs of their Revival Tours. They recently visited Hawaii on such a mission where they claim to have saved 400 people. In addition to travel costs, money raised is also used to pay for Hepzi’s pain medication. Given that occultism is a central theme in their ministry, their existing donor pool is limited. This is where the Resistance comes in.
Cait’s strength is in one-on-one contact and she pushes for personal interaction in all her accounts. She lists her phone number in her profile and encourages people to call or text her. She often asks people to private message her on social media. After publishing my initial article, several sources contacted me about their engagement with Hepzi. It was clear pain management is a common topic—particularly that she can not afford pain medication. One source told me she actually asked if they could get pain medication for her. I can’t comment on the veracity of Hepzi’s health claims, but the treatments needed for metastasized bone cancer and full blown AIDS are very expensive and would pose a greater obstacle than the cost of narcotic pain relief. Further, anyone who has seen either disease would question her ability to travel on Revival tours while so afflicted.
When it comes to the Resistance, her scheme depends on people having only a partial picture of her story. One may view Hepzi as a fellow resistor, a Resistance leader, a pastor, a Christian, a survivor of sexual abuse, a cancer sufferer, or a political insider. At that point, she relies on interpersonal communication and the sympathy of others to achieve her goals. The deactivation periods of her social media accounts are designed to prompt people to contact her directly.
On a personal note, I confess that I would have preferred not to have had to write this article. During her deactivation periods, I had hoped she would simply cease this farce. There are much more serious issues that need attention. That said, protecting the integrity of the Resistance and activists from fraud and exploitation are my priorities. I have sympathy for Cait. I think she is on a bad path, and I don’t think she got there on her own. I honestly hope this article results in those close to her getting her the help she needs.

I am so glad I found this article. She had friended me on FB and at first glance seemed genuine. I even posted words of encouragement for her. Then, when I read her “life story”, it started seeming quite far-fetched. I researched the Obamas’ spiritual advisors and her name wasn’t on the list. When she started talking about the Illuminati and Bannon having a hit on her I knew this was clearly a scam. I feel silly for having believed anything she said, but at least I didn’t take everything she said at face value. And if she had advanced bone cancer, FB would be the last thing on her mind. The pain is excruciating.

Hepzi, the criticisms you receive have nothing to do with politics or religion. It has to do with lying. You are not a spiritual advisor to the Obamas or the Clintons. You have never lived in D.C. Dear, Hepzi I want to write to you so I can let you know that you have let me down. I could write the words over and over again, but I realize it changes nothing. I could scream it at the top of my lungs and let the world know how you have hurt me, but the past will not hear me or pay me any mind. I could hate you. I could keep that hatred for you deep inside of me and let it hide there safely as a reminder of the pain you brought me. But I am the only one who knows that it exists and lets it eat away at my heart, so why create it?
I was your friend at least I thought I was. You are a person that could have been any number of things to me. Heartbreak lays no favorites when it chooses people in life to let you down. I really always had faith in you. I trusted you and the promises that you made to me. I believed in your aspirations and disregarded your ambiguity. I let you in, against my best wishes. I relentlessly defended you. I saw the beautiful parts of who you were. I made plans with you and kept them in my head like a guaranteed magnificent destination. I loved you. However, if you don’t mind, you simply have to know that this is one of the most beautifully composed letter of forgiveness I have ever read. You have helped ME tremendously in my own life by being able to express feelings so vulnerable yet so amazingly powerful that I can’t thank you enough. Please consider yourself a warrior of the spirit and a leader, not a victim. Blaise, All I can do is express my feelings in a graceful way. I was raised Catholic and joined the Mormon Church in 2014. I am mote of a liberal Mormon I acknowledge that all religion’s are equal in the eyes of God. I believe there are Christ like people in this world. All I can do is be Christ like. I was asked by a friend what I thought of Robert Jackson Rothschild and Hepzibah Nanna, Twitter over a month ago. Comparing Twitter and Facebook accounts, I came to the conclusion, they were indeed frauds. Sadly, they are practiced at ‘reeling in’ the vulnerable. Thank you for this expose Ms Azzara. While I have compassion for Cait (much less for Scott/Johnny/Robert/Fuego/Matthes/Jackson), I believe the fraud must be shut down and legal action taken to pay restitution to their victims.

I am relatively new to Twitter as well. Keep engaging throughout the day and you will grow at a normal pace. There are apps like Crowdfire that can help you find articles to post and schedule tweets at different intervals, as well as find like-minded people to follow. As far as Trolls, don’t be afraid to block people who you don’t want following you or antagonizing you. You will start to be able to spot fake accounts and bots in time.

Hint: Cait isn’t the first person to claim she’s been through SRA, and being raised as a bride of satan. There’s OTHERS out there who have shared similar testimonies (yes, even another girl who said she was raised as a bride of satan. Researching one’s public social media for the purpose of writing an article is a far cry from stalking.
Hepzi, Johnny, and “Robert” drew attention to themselves not just by their claims of insider information, but the extreme allegations associated with those claims. The Rothschild conspiracy, in particular, draws attention as it was promoted by WikiLeaks (Russia?) and embraced by the alt-Right, likely due to anti-Semitism. Further, Hepzi’s narrative portrays Trump as a victim trying to protect his son, and re-directs the election interference from the Russians to Jacob Rothschild. Claiming to be a leader in #TheResistance and touting this type of rhetoric was enough to raise suspicions. A closer look revealed the additional red-flags that resulted in this article.
I am not denying the veridicality of SRA and I agree there are very sick people in this world. And, no, the Internet does not tell you everything. Despite the fact that in these times it would be difficult to hide a secret family member of a family as high profile as The Rothschilds, I would ask why would you believe someone making this claim with nothing to back it up? Why would you believe any of these claims at face value? Are you aware that before “Robert” appeared, it was Johnny who claimed to be Eric Rothschild’s nephew? Now, he is says he’s Trump’s 3rd cousin (and spiritual advisor).
This past week Hepzi claimed that this lawsuit (of 50+ people) was filed against Trump and his inner circle. Though, lawsuits are public, she has provided no link to it. No media has mentioned it. It is not found on any court case site. Yet, people are resting their hope on this. That is damaging to The Resistance.
As far as Hepzi’s followers, it is not that she has bots and fake accounts among her followers that is the problem (although the percentage of fake accounts is abnormally high). It is that her follower count would increase by 3K, 10K or more overnight. Her other accounts (including Robert’s) showed similar abnormalities.
As far as Hepzi’s fundraising, her health and her solicitations of pain medicine and/or money to purchase pain medicine, I reference this in the article. No one with common sense listens to anything that Alex Jones says. If you post his name, or Infowars. on a Media fact checking site it labels them ‘Conspiracy’ – meaning it’s propaganda & fake news.
The Rothschild genealogy is extensively posted on the internet. It is complete. There are no hidden Rothchilds. Robert Rothschild – grandson of Jacob Rothschild is NOT listed on the family tree because he does NOT exist. One of Hepzibah’s friends posted on Nov 9th, 2016, that faux Robert was killed by his faux grandfather Jacob. Then in January, by some miracle, Robert came back to life (sarcasm) and joined twitter as @InsideDJTTruth. When Rachel published her first article in Dame, the twitter name was changed to @RogueLeaks. Was this to keep people from unfollowing or blocking it?
After reading both of Rachel’s articles about this craziness, I did some investigating on my own. I have screen pics that prove that @officialnmp (Hepzibah) types on @RogueLeaks pretending to be her b/f Robert. @RogueLeaks is saying that Jacob Rothschild interfered in our election & not the Russians. Hepzibah also retweeted that nonsense on her @officialnmp twitter. How can she claim to be part of #theresistance and back that absurd tale too?
I need boots just to read the screen pics that people send me from @RogueLeaks page. Besides claiming to be Jacob Rothchild’s grandson, it also claims to have a sibling that has down syndrome, a brother who is transgender, and a son who was molested & raped by Trump. GMAB! The most recent is the claim that a lawsuit was filed against Trump for raping over 50 people. Where is the link for the court filing? If it was legitimate, it would have been provided just as Katie Johnson aka Jane Doe’s was.
Yes everyone ends up having bots following them but in @officialnmp’s case she has 65% fake followers, 25% inactive followers & 10% Good followers according to fakers.statuspeople.com. I’ve been on twitter for 8 years & anytime I see statistics like that, it’s a sure sign that followers have been bought. Everyone knows that Trump bought millions of followers.
I see no signs that Rachel is jealous or has any vendetta against Hepzibah. This article shows quite a bit of compassion for Hepzibah. A normal & sane person will not sit back and let what appears to be a scam go on & not warn other people about it, especially when untruths can be detrimental to #theresistance!!!

I recently encountered this crew and said the same thing.
These “Burn Book” antics are disgustingly juvenile. This has escalated to the point of bullying, and that will not help anyone who may be mentally ill or a drug addict. Even if a crime has been committed you are acting as a vigilante, which is illegal for good reasons.
Stop acting like a middle school girl, report her to the police, and go spend time with the children and husband you purport to have!
Also, SRA is a well known hoax. I have a relative who is a 40 year veteran of a large state’s child protection agency and worked through the worst of the hysteria. I was friends thru high school with several Satanists, and the worst they ever did was steal cattle, decapitate/mutilate them, and leave the bodies in public places. Worse than many teens, but not as awful as the hysterical right would like to think.

The fact that you use the term “Burn book tactics” speaks more to a middle-school mindset than anything I’ve said. Everything in the article is based on public social media posts–even if those posts or accounts are deleted, they still exist in cache-form. As I’ve said before, there is a lot of information that I don’t make public. Exposing Hepzi and Johnny is not bullying, I wrote the article to warn people and provide them with context. The need to warn people is evidenced by the sheer amount of people who have contacted me since I wrote the initial article. A lot of people have been hurt by this. As far as Hepzi’s need for help, I have taken steps (and continue to do so) to get her help. I didn’t just write the article and wash my hands of it–but, once again, these are not details for public consumption.

I just want to reply to “Gidion” to let him know that it is NOT at all illegal to post things about a person without their permission. It is illegal to knowingly spread harmful falsehoods about a person, the writer of this article has not done that. She has present primarily facts, along with some editorializing that she has evidence to back up. I have no doubt the things she’s written are true. And if so, the parties involved should worry about the legality of what they are doing.

Anyone who googles ‘Jacob Rothschild family tree’ will find that Robert Rothschild is not on it. In my opinion. Hepzi and/or Johnny pretend to be this non existent Robert Rothschild on @RogueLeaks in Twitter, and also on Facebook. Facebook deletes pages where people’s are different than they use on their site. That’s why all of Robert’s pages were deleted, by Facebook. It had nothing to do with Paul Ryan, Steve Bannon or any cult taking those pages down.

Ms. Nanna apparently has Stage4 bone cancer, AIDS & a Brain Tumor (per you) Ms. Nanna and Mr. Scott Jehu Jackson/Robert Fuego/Scott Robert Jackson/Rothschild has also verified her Bone cancer, stage4. This is an excruciating illness, combined with AIDS(that means it is full-blown active, not ‘just’ HIV positive), and a brain tumor, Imho her physicians would not recommend flying to Hawaii so close to death. Hawaii…I have seen the multiple pictures of Ms. Nanna enjoying the beach there, no crutches, appearing in good health.
I have multiple friends with various cancers/various stages, and Ms. Nanna’s claims of 3 severe/often fatal illnesses simultaneously…simply do not add up.

I see only two possibilities for this. The first is yes, essentially a lucky guess. They have put out many timelines before that didn’t come to fruition. The date, 4/7/2017 stands out to me because we officially entered WW 1 on 4/6/1917. Given, their claim is WW III – that’s worth noting. Given Hepzi’s behavior and vulnerabilities, it’s also possible that she is paid to push this story that clears Russia. In that scenario, she may be privy to certain chatter, basically fed information that is some combination of truth and lies. There are aspects of their story that would support that scenario, but that would be up to our Intelligence Community to investigate–and I hope that they do. There are details to this story I have not publicized, but have given to the appropriate authorities.

Kathy, I don’t know if this is the case because I haven’t been following these accounts, except for the first couple days when they popped up, but there have been incidents with other twitter accounts in which someone would post several guesses about the dates something happened, at different times. Think something silly, like a celebrity divorce, as in, “My inside source told me Kim will file for divorce in May!” Plus one that says June and one that says July, all mixed in with other tweets. (made up example)
Then, when and if Kim does file for divorce, the person deletes the tweets that got it wrong, leaving only the correct one. When RT’ed, it appears the person was correct. Maybe that happened here? I don’t know. But it is also important to note that WWIII has not begun. Yes, the MOAB dropped on that date, and it is terrible, but no we are not (yet?) in a world war.

Just wanted to update you. I told you the night I read this that I went through & removed a bunch of followers based on this information. I also have enjoyed nice organic growth on twitter. Amazing thing happened. Went to bed & woke up to find that I had LOST 34 followers overnight. I had also GAINED 27! This is about 20 times the amount of activity I might get when I’m FEVERISHLY posting, trying to keep up with Congress on c-span or something. The point of this? The followers I lost consisted of Trump Trolls, Unsolicited Businesses, & Porn Enthusiasts. I was thrilled! Ms. Cait Nanna/Hepzibah? You have people who love you. You have inspired others. You have also harmed others through your fraud. Bishop Tony’s letter shows how deep this fraud goes. Not only is Cait/Hepzi’s credibilty in #TheResistance gone, but her ‘Ministry’ I believe is irreparably damaged…because it/they are based on falsehoods. Ms. Nanna consistently states she is an ‘ordained minister’, yet there is have proof she is not. (Any credible website/organization) should post the credentials/certificates/licenses to match it’s claims.)
I am seeing fraud in multiple states, tax fraud, most likely medical fraud. This is serious and is not going away, nor should it. Victim restitution must be made.

Hope, The hardest and most painful for me in the end of all this is finding out she was never an ordained minister. It seems that Bishop Tony went out of his way to work with her and mentor her but in the end he had to cut ties with her. Also finding out she had a drug addiction was heart breaking as well. Can I forgive her? Yes I can! It hurts me to know that she rook advantage of me and many others. I can only hope one day she will wake up and get help. However, this has been a lesson that has taught me about self love and my own self worth. For me I am a wonderful human being who will grow into something beautiful because of this. I have gone through to much for this to break my spirit.

Really interesting article, thanks so much for doing this research. I’ve been following the Inside Trump’s Life, Rogue Leaks & OfficialNMP accounts since they first appeared. At first I found it all very interesting and the stories about sexual abuse potentially believable and I even engaged with them a bit – until they started with the claims about the Rothschilds – such a common conspiracy theorist trope, and all of the claims started to get ridiculously sensational. (And I thought, why attribute all of this influence to the Rothschilds when it’s been well-documented that the Mercers were the source of so much of the dark money and influence behind Trump’s campaign?) Anyway, another big red flag was the claim that while Robert was simultaneously suing Trump in this huge lawsuit (and also terribly triggered by him and living in hiding for fear of being assassinated by his people) he was also around him regularly enough to witness and have insider information about current political machinations. Even though Robert was supposedly in hiding for his own safety, he openly disclosed his location as London and at the same time he was supposedly in regular personal contact with Trump ( which would put him in DC, FL or NY).
I’m curious if you’ve contacted any journalists with this story? Seems like progressive outlets like Mother Jones or Think Progress might be particularly interested as it’s quite relevant to their target audiences.

Another thing that was super weird about “Robert’s” tweets: he often referred to himself as “we.” At first I thought perhaps, as a survivor of severe sexual abuse, he might feasibly be suffering from dissociative identity disorder… My first instinct as a naturally trusting person is always to find a reason to give people the benefit of the doubt then twigging immediately that they’re full of shite. But then the preposterous claims just piled up.
As to their claims about bone cancer: my grandfather died from bone cancer; he was in excruciating pain and I can tell you for certain from witnessing that that no one with stage 4 bone cancer would be traveling around on tour or living any kind of a normal, active life.

Finally, some skepticism and critical thought! Thank you, Rachel, for this thorough explanation of these accounts. Obviously the internet is freaking out over their “prediction” of the attack on the Syrian base. That combined with their hint that Bannon would be leaving the first week of April makes me believe they may have some contact with a real source of leaks…Or (more likely) they’re just throwing spaghetti at the wall. A few strands are bound to stick, and then everybody’s confirmation bias kicks in.
Their FB “letter” gave plenty of specific claims to watch for: three more Russian bombs this weekend, two public mass shootings in North America (possibly Chicago), and a nuke dropped on Beijing or Shanghai on April 20. My prediction: none of these things will happen, yet when they don’t, none of Cat’s true believers will notice the misses. True believers only ever seem to notice the hits.
Keep thinking skeptically, everyone.

I’m following them both and trying to put things together. Their Facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/ResistDefyandLove) gave a LOT of details, many of which we will see if they come true or not.
Despite everything you’ve done, it is STILL possible they are telling the truth, or at least, part-truths. One possibility is they may be conduits for real White House insiders, and act as a gateway of identity protection.
I do believe Satanic Ritual Abuse is real, and if they are real victims, do not be surprised if they say a few screwy things from time to time. Things that don’t seem “normal” to the rest of us.
The fact this Robert (or Johnny) is not publicly listed in the Rothschild family tree seems inconclusive, as a family that powerful could surely bury that kind of information. We’re talking about the most powerful family on Earth here.
I also do not see anything wrong with their Twitter activity. It’s normal to have many accounts, and many people feel they have to buy followers to get more exposure.
I also see nothing wrong with asking for money, to me it does not seem overt. I follow their Twitters and I never even knew they asked for funds. If they do, they do it subtly enough.

Having successfully evaded all social networks for years, I came in late to this particular movie. Without quite understanding the importance of this story, I wrote a lighthearted piece about Hepzibah on my own political blog (which has been annoying people since 2004):

Your superb, fascinating investigation filled in the backstory. It also reminded me of a very infuriating part of my past. Back in the 1990s, during what you might call “another life,” I dealt with a number of women like Hepzibah who claimed to be victims of SRA and even odder forms of abuse. They had quite a bizarre little subculture going.
In particular, the tale of Cait Nanna and Johnny Matthes reminds me of another couple — also based out of Tennessee — who worked a very similar operation. Their racket got started circa 1991, the year Cait was born. For purposes of public discussion I will lightly disguise their names as Phil Markham and Cathy Russet. (If you know the history of the SRA controversy, you may have already figured out their real names.) They eventually became quite well-known (or notorious) in “fringe” circles.
I had interactions with this pair well before most others had heard of them. After getting in contact with Cathy’s former husband, I eventually learned some rather surprising things that have never been published.
Bottom line: I never did figure out if Cathy was Phil’s victim or co-conspirator. Back in the day, a whole network of “Phil and Cathy” watchers were following their antics. That question stumped them as much as it bamboozled me.
After reading your piece, I have a similar question about Hepzibah. I can’t help but wonder if Matthes met Phil at some point. Just a hunch.

Joseph, thank you for sharing this. I would like to speak with you more and will be in contact. This is a very real, albeit, fringe subculture (as you said). What makes this case interesting is that Hepzi and Johnny decided to move the ‘operation’ into a different subculture — political activism. Quite timely, in fact, because people are exceptionally vulnerable right now. The truly sad fact is that she is highly adept at creating a sense of intimacy with people online-this draws people (especially vulnerable people) in and many become re-victimized in the process.

Emotional thinking over critical thinking is a problem for everyone. You choose to take my comments in a way that they aren’t necessarily intended. There are certain realities. In this election cycle the Right was heavily targeted with misinformation (that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen on the Left). One also can’t ignore that the Right has been promoting anti-intellectualism for decades–anti-science, anti-academic. These things have an effect. It’s not a smart/not-smart issue.

I don’t think most of the country does want more war in the mid-East. Wasn’t that a big objection to HRC from the Right–that she was a ‘hawk’? And as far as spending, I think the problem is people are subjective on the issue. They only want to get rid of spending for services that they don’t particularly need. Did you see the number of people that didn’t realize that Obamacare was the same thing as the ACA?
Do you not think the Right has pushed it’s constituents to be anti-science and anti-intellectual? I’m not sure how one could argue against that. It isn’t about intellectual superiority, by the way, it’s about the value of scientific/academic information and how it should inform our decisions.

I did consider that at first…but, the problem with it being classic psychosis is that she does lie with purpose. Even if I went so far as to allow for her having delusions that are manipulated by others (for example, someone calls her and pretends to be Bannon or Ryan or a ‘cult’ member) she still engages in active lying. Nevertheless, I think it’s safe to say that there are mental issues at play. I did contact her father in an attempt to make sure he was aware of her online behavior, hoping he might get her some help.

Thanks for this post. I did some digging and am very troubled with what I have found. She’s been featured (offering quotes) to a number of rightwing hit pieces about the resistance and Democrats in general. Her quotes are innocuous, but I find it very curious that she keeps making herself available for articles that mock the left.
I’ve found tweets from her sympathizing with Putin as a ***victim*** of Trump’s abuse. She has claimed that ISIS isn’t Muslim – it’s actually part of the satanic cult that abused her. How is this helpful?
But the most troubling thing to me is that she and her drama create a huge distraction – she sucks people in to her conspiracies, diverting attention away from important issues we should be focusing on like AHCA – putting the focus instead on her bizarre conspiracy, cult and sex stories. Always at the center of it is her personal victimhood at the hands of Trump, Bannon and some random satanic cult.
She is now passing around a list of twitter users she claims Bannon is hacking in a project called OpHydra. Of course, she “made” the list and has been spending the last few days complaining about how she’s being victimized on twitter. This is a HUGE distraction from what really matters right now! By the way, she’s also claiming to have inside info on the location of future terror attacks, which is insanely evil.
Is this what we want the Resistance to be all about? Do a google search on her. Then ask yourself, how likely is it for a 26 year old Christian fanatic (who speaks in tongues) from Tennessee (?) with no college education or history of steady employment to have access to White House and US intelligence community insiders? Particularly given her apparent political leanings.
She can produce lots of “urgent” text messages, emails and documents to confirm her stories, but she’s always the source of them and they are always VERY generic and seem to be tailored to her needs. They always put the focus on HER and away from things we are supposed to be fighting for.

Sadly, her methods work and that is something we need to improve on. One would think that we (the Resistance) of all people, would maintain a higher level of skepticism after the active measures of the 2016 election. Hepzi’s latest ploy (the list, you mention) is a perfect example of the type of tactics people so easily fall for these days. She is appealing to people’s ego – legitimizing herself by association by placing herself in a ‘who’s who’ of the Resistance. It provides her with a spike in attention, and a new pool of targets. Why would anyone believe this list she randomly typed in ‘notes’? People believe it because it is validating. We work so hard fighting everyday – and see little fruits of our labor, but this ‘list’ implies that your work has been noticed and is having an effect. Despite Hepzi’s youth, she is very skilled at emotional manipulation. It’s why she keeps doing what she does, because it works.

I know Hepzibah well, she used to work for my ministry till I told her all the stuff she claimed was a lie and that she cant work for my ministry anymore. She told me that she is telling the truth and to ask God he will tell me. As if God is going to back up her lies. I contacted the Dr. Phil show about her and they contacted me back and wanted her on the show and I told them of all her lies but when they contacted her she wouldnt go on the show. But that didnt scare her she didnt take the endorsements from President Obama down or the endorsements from Hillary Clinton down after they contacted her. They can and probably did contact Obama and Clinton and told them she has fake endorsements of them. I am surprised she left them up and didnt get in trouble. Right now her sites are all down but I am sure she will be back she always is. My advice is contact clinton and obama and tell them she is using there fake endorsements to make money.

Thank you for coming forward, Reverend. GoDaddy has removed her ministry sites for now due to the fact that she gave false information on her domain registration. It has also come to my attention that the majority of donations she receives are via her personal Paypal account. People have contacted me that they have personally wired her money this way to help her pay for pain medication.

That is very sad, I pray she stops lying and can get it together. And I don’t feel that those pain meds are for cancer. She is lying about cancer and aids and is most likely a pain med addict. This is all very sad, it is good that they took down her site it was filled with lies. I don’t believe she is that mentally ill. She is very lucid when she is manipulating people, lying to them and doing all the ground work to get her pages and material out there. She says her favorite TV show was “Pretty Little Liars.” She knows what she is doing and has an agenda like you said.

After following Hepzi’s story and interacting with those close to her for many months, I believe the only way she will get help is through family intervention or a personal ‘rock bottom’ via legal trouble or drug-related medical crisis. And, yes, she does know exactly what she’s doing.

Yes, I make things for her, yes I worked with her in one of her books…but that’s my job. I’m a creative designer. Plus I love writing but I get paid for making covers and designs for people. Yes, clearly social media is a place where vulnerabilities can be easily exploited. When I began researching and writing this piece, I had no idea the amount of people who would contact me with their very real pain over the situation. If nothing else, I hope this story helps some people to be better able to protect themselves–not just in terms of fraud, but emotionally.

I’m curious about how and why she travels so often, but mostly how is she able to afford these journeys? She has admitted she is not employed due to being so ill so how does an unemployed person afford so much traveling? And these aren’t just quick road trips, either. Her SM accounts show a good number of pics of her and her friend (Johnnie?) traveling for “ministry” work to destinations reached by air. Makes me wonder, are they really able to get that much dinero by fleecing people through SM? One of the recent pics taken in flight appears as if they may be seated in first class. She has posted that Johnnie is currently homeless and isn’t working. If true, this means that she must foot the bill for him.
My guess is no, they are not getting that much money from grifting since some of those donation pages have not met the stated goals, at least recently. Even collectively it doesn’t seem as if these accounts could fund so many trips.
One theory: Perhaps these trips happen because her parents are in the midst of retirement, are enjoying traveling as retirees often do, and she goes along with them? She has mentioned that she lives with her parents, so naturally it makes sense that she’d tag along on trips for which she doesn’t have to worry about paying. And perhaps they don’t mind paying for her friend, too.
Or…
Could it be that she collects some sort of steady income stream? Social Security Disability benefits? Is she the named beneficiary of a trust?
I can definitely picture the disability benefits. She strikes me as someone who obviously has severe, debilitating mental health issues and is (or at least, was previously) unable to work. Or, mental health reasons aside, maybe she was involved in some accident? Maybe she IS actually afflicted with a condition or disease? Though probably not to the degree of stage 4 cancer. That could explain the alleged abuse of pain medications. Something may have happened that required pain control, it kept her disabled and unable to work, and next thing she knows she’s addicted to opiates. This scenario could also explain her drastic physical transformation, as pics of her from the last several years or more have shown a young woman who has gone through a noticeable change in appearance. After all, long-term substance abuse can cause significant changes, like drastic weight loss or gain.
Or…
There are some on Twitter who think she’s a paid deza source. But she’s putting some crazy ass claims out there (vampires? Resurrected people?! Distant familial relations to Trump?!!) and you’d think her handlers would at least prop up a mostly believable deza source. And, we have to wonder, would they pay that handsomely? Enough to travel a few times a year, first class?
Whatever it may be, I sure am curious as to what the reason is for traveling, and how in the world can a single, unemployed person afford to do so much of it with a supposedly destitute companion tagging along. Let’s not forget, she’s getting money from somewhere to purchase followers on Twitter, too. I don’t know how much that would cost, but I imagine thousands of followers cannot be too cheap.

I do know quite a bit about Hepzi’s circumstances, but my purpose in writing this article is not to publicize the details of her life, but to warn people about the elaborate scheme she is perpetrating. Everything in the article is based on and sourced by public social media posts, as opposed to information I’ve obtained from 1st hand sources–the only exception being the statement from the ministry she claimed to be ordained by. I do allow people to put 1st hand accounts in the comments as long as it doesn’t contain personal information that could be considered ‘doxxing’. The many people who have contacted me genuinely want to try to help her, and I do what I can in the background to that end.
That said, I can answer only in a basic way. Her financial situation is such that any money she gets would be extraneous to living expenses. The majority of money that people gift to her is through her personal Paypal account, as opposed to her public ministry fundraisers. I discuss in the article that she has a pattern of cultivating personal relationships based on emotional experience. This is key. It’s a long game. She drops enough statements about being in duress publicly and in her personal chats, and, eventually, someone offers to help. If the pool of targets is large enough…this becomes a viable way to make money. She is not traveling with her parents – they likely believe this is money she’s raised through her ministry.
As far as her being Deza, that was the original concern that brought her to my attention. I truly don’t know why she says makes pro-Putin statements, and one could certainly make the argument that she muddies the waters with her claims of insider information–and that this is purposeful. There are lingering questions regarding this, but, on it’s face, I believe her entire foray into politics was just a way to tap into another pool of targets and to fulfill a need she has for attention. She makes a wild statement, garners attention, invites people to discuss it with her via DM, then it’s Game On.

Interesting…that makes sense, then. I noticed there are quite few followers she frequently mentions that seem to be defensive of her and could be the source of private donations. And I would imagine she has many more. I wonder too if some of those accounts could actually be her because she has faked being that Rothchild guy; there are a couple accounts that recently made it a point to put out there that she never asks them for money.
It could turn out the only way she gets help is if she hits rock bottom through either facing legal trouble or attracting so much attention that some journalist can’t resist doing an exploitative type piece. Or maybe both. She tends to promote pretty damaging stuff that can hurt the resistance and breeds mistrust. There’s still new people coming into the fold so reading some of her info will probably only confuse them. And the fact that she has this façade of major influence (i.e., through tens of thousands of Twitter followers) has to make it even worse for newbies. They may not know who best to believe among all the resistance accounts. All of this is like a solid gold bar for certain journalists.
The upside for her is that, based on what you wrote, it sounds like her family is in a good position to get her any type of care she needs. Hopefully her parents are receptive if they ever get wind of what she’s doing. It’s clear she needs professional help, and it can’t come soon enough.

After seeing this comment I looked for that video. The only thing that her supposed dad verifies is that she is a minister. He doesn’t verify that she has contact with leakers, or people from the White House & FBI.
I’ve never spoken to her dad so I don’t know if it’s him or not. If it’s really her dad, he believes the lies that Hepzibah is telling him. If she isn’t a minister, I’m sure she’s not going to tell her dad. Someone contacted the Secretary of State in California & Tennessee & neither had a registration for either of the ministries that she has web sites for. Even if ministries are tax exempt they are still REQUIRED to register.
No one is harassing her. People are outing her & her friend Johnny for their scams. No one that I know has EVER threatened her. She accuses me & many others of being paid by Bannon to harass her. I hope he sues me so I can counter sue. I’d love a free trip to the states because when I win, he’ll be paying for it. I have documented truth on my side, not bogus emails & fake endorsements like she has.

He doesn’t come out and say everything is true but he does say everything said against her is lies which implies that she isn’t lying. The only way he could sue anyone is if he can prove that she is telling the truth which he can’t because it’s not true. Her dad is supposed to be a college professor I can’t believe that he would be so dumb to believe her stories. He by defending her is part of this fraud and should be subject to prosecution. Actually a ministry can be under a church and not have to register. And churches are only asked to register with the state and incorporate they don’t have to register with the irs as a 501c3 they are automatically 501c3. She may have incorporated her online church.

I reached out to Hepzibah’s father after I wrote the article. I felt morally obligated to notify him about Hepzi’s online behavior and her practice of accepting donations to illegally purchase narcotic pain medication. I contacted him via email and he asked me to call him on his cell. I have never publicly discussed that conversation, as I felt it would be an invasion of their privacy. Mr. Nanna’s video, however, places that conversation in the public arena. Incidentally, Hepzibah’s father is the only person I have personally initiated contact with regarding this piece. But, many others have come to me since it was published. As with her father, I have kept the details of those communications private, save for the pastor she was seeking ordination with.
Keeping it to broad strokes, I will say this. It is an extremely unusual situation. He believes whatever she says, to a certain extent…at least when it comes to her ‘connections’ and victimization. He seems to have been manipulated with regards to some of this–by her and possibly others. The things he can’t defend, he attributes to someone pretending to be Hepzi online. It is his contention that she does not need or take pain medication and does not have AIDS. As far as 4th stage bone cancer, he would only say she has had some health issues.
Truthfully, I hope Mr. Nanna and Hepzibah do seek legal counsel, as it would likely be an eye opening experience for him. Her fabrications will not stand up to scrutiny.

One might want to read the article I linked below regarding ‘Churches’ and 501c3
tax-deductible status. The organization must meet the requirements of that status. So no, churches/ministries are not automatically exempt, simply because they say they are a church/ministry and claim tax-deductible status. Donors beware.
In Ms. Nanna’s and Mr. Matthes cases, requesting money for ‘pain meds’ to be sent to their Revival Tour GoFundMe, I believe, would automatically alert the IRS/LE to fraud/wire fraud(?). It’s quite interesting, claims of John Scott Matthes (Scott Jackson) @johnnyecstatic, homelessness are made, yet instead of trying to find permanent shelter, Mr. Matthes travels with Ms. Nanna on these ‘Revival Tours’. The 2016 GoFundMe(request for drug money, which continued into 2017) did raise substantial funds, though some donors were refunded(after the ‘tour’ occured) based on screenshots of Hepzibah Nanna/Scott Jackson(Johnny Matthes)aka Gem Jean(shared account) requests for money for drugs(pain meds) to be sent to that GoFundMe for Ms. Nanna’s ‘pain’.

As for Mr. Chris Nanna, the video was brought to my attention so I viewed it. I agree with Rachel. I do hope he pursues legal council regarding Hepzi’s claims of harrassment. I do not believe he will like what he finds out about his daughter. I also believe he enables Ms. Nanna and is possibly complicit.
Her claims of harassment (while she may actually get harassing messages at times) regarding Steve Bannon, Rachel, Robin, etc. are false.

Churches are automatically 501c3 it doesn’t matter what start church says. I am a pastor and also run a ministry that I started. Start church just wants your money. Go to the federal irs site and do your homework. Churches don’t have to file federal irs 501c3 exemption they only have to incorporate it says so on the 501c3 application info if I remember right and the government doesn’t care how many people you have going to your church like start church says you can incorporate any size. I am very familiar with all this stuff and a ministry can be under the umbrella of a church.

The Secretary of State for Charitable Registrars in Tennessee checked & The Lion Triumphs Ministry was not registered. No tax exemption was applied for, as TN requires for income below $30,000. No filing for EIN # or 501c3 status with the IRS were found. Her name was not found with any incorporation. Her previous Go fund me page & Yelp shows her church is in Fresno CA. It even shows a google map of the address listed. No church is seen on the picture shown because she doesn’t have a physical church. California also has no record of her ministry being registered in any capacity.
You are the second religious man who cut ties with Hepzi over her lying. Bishop Tony Rivera also came forward & told why he removed her from his program.
Question for you: Wouldn’t she have to reveal the church that she is under the umbrella of, especially since she asked for donations on her website?

My point was a donor can donate to a church/charity that states they are tax-deductible as Ms. Nanna has done, but as in the article I posted above, if that church/charity does not meet the requirements of 501c3 status, the donor cannot claim a deduction on their own tax filing for that donation. It’d be interesting to see what the IRS(and LE) thinks of a supposed church/ministry requesting money for ‘pain meds’ to be sent to their Revival Tour GoFundMe.

My secretary recently fowarded me an email from Hepzibah. In it she called me names, accused me of things and said she is going to have me thrown in jail. She kept saying I am going to jail. She also claimed she is going to have everybody else thrown in jail that said stuff about her here. She said that her endorsements from former president Obama and Hillary Clinton were real. I don’t know how stupid she thinks I am but she needs help. I think she just wanted me to respond back to her so she could say see I have proof he is harassing me and turn me in. She should know its fraud to use fake endorsements from former government officials to get people to follow her and give her money. It illegal. Someone needs to contact the FBI for fraud. I have had dealings with Cait the last few months as someone horrified about the ongoing political climate. A few days ago I texted to see if she was alright and she launched into a profanity laden diatribe acting like a “cult member” and chastising me for being a Christian. When I didn’t take the bait she switched her tone and said she was hacked. I asked her two seconds ago you were cursing now it’s your “normal” voice saying you were hacked. Yesterday (as a test) I asked her for the contact info of an FBI Agent who is working for Mueller she said that herself and this woman were in daily contact. Once I said I had info for the FBI Agent all of a sudden the person is not in the U.S. and can only be contacted by Hepzi/Cait. It’s my personal belief she is running a cult herself and accuses anyone who disagrees with her as a member of “the cult”. Furthermore her theology doesn’t even jive with mainstream Christian beliefs such as views on homosexuality and abortion, she is dipping her feet in two lakes the Christian Right because when they hear her story about Satanic Abuse they cough up money, and another foot in Progressive activism by saying she has inside information on Trump etc. There is never proof offered that Robert Rothschild exists and now she came she has gone missing. Caitlyn “Hepzibah” Nanna is a charlatan who preys on people’s fears and hopes for a better future. Anyone who doubts what I am saying I can provide valid screenshots.

I looked at her blog and she posted that I am hooked on porn and a sex offender but the problem is the picture of the sex offender is not me it’s a different Adam Becker from another state I have never lived in that state. This is actually grounds for slander as I can prove its not true just by my picture and my record. I talked to my lawyer about Hepzibah posting on her blog that I am a sex offender and raped someone and he is telling me to go to the police and file charges on her for slander. It is against the law to lie to people about someone being a sex offender when they are not and trying to damage their reputation from it. Hepzibah messed up big time this is something she can be charged with. She also says I didnt kick her out of my ministry for lying but that she left because I am in sin but I actually have a copy of the email I replied back to her about why I deleted her and that i am distancing myself and ministry from her because of the stories she lies about. The email is from Feb 11th 2016. She states that she hasnt talked to me since 2014 in her blog but that is not true. Reverend Becker, you are correct to file charges. Hepzibah either does not understand the magnitude of what she is doing, or doesn’t care. She has been able to keep up her behavior because of people either enabling her or giving her a pass. This has obviously only resulted in fueling her.

I did contact law enforcement but what’s remarkable is the people who have seen her lie about me being a sex offender and supposedly saying porn is good come to my ministry site and email me and tell me it’s so terrible what Hepzibah is saying about you and they know she is a fraud and they donate to my ministry. What she did is only making her look bad and drawing people to my ministry with sympathy. The real strange thing is the sex offender pic and profile and criminal record she claims is me actually says that the person is five foot six inches tall and is only like 35 years old also says the wrong weight and eye color I am much taller and older. But her fake sex offender and porn accusations are not hurting me but now she is under investigation. It also appears that anyone who sees her blog also sees this article about her being a fraud. And then she claims that I am rich we’ll I am not rich but I do alright I never said I was poor to her or told her that porn was alright. I view porn as a sin and I tell people it’s not right. I don’t pretend to be poor like she does. But it if she is going to slander me more it will only help me as it’s done.

I first read this some months ago, when it was the only blog entry on this website. I read it, and then I dismissed it. Because there was no way for me to determine if it was based on fact or opinion.
I know 3 things to be true:
1. The internet is filled with characters of all kinds. None of the characters on the internet have ever tried to con me out of anything, principally because I spend my online time being cordial but also mindful that I’m never really sure who I’m talking to.
2. If you’ve been conned out of money, that’s illegal and you should go to the authorities.
3. Exposing the flaws of another internet user is an attempt to gain power and influence of some kind. That is as much of a question to me as the acts being exposed.
My suggestion to anyone using the internet is to be cautious, and to question what you see or read. I also tend to believe that people are free to be whoever they want or need to be, and unless we are able to prove our own absolute perfection, it’s not really for us to judge others.

Yes, people should always be cautious. Couple notes, though. Not that it’s that important, but this was never the only article on this website. It is, hands down, the most viewed — which is kind of disappointing as a writer.
I have to take issue with your third point. It assumes there are no actual boundaries of acceptable and unacceptable behavior and applies motives to personal gain (power/influence). I wrote this piece to warn people. And after it published, dozens of people contacted me with their personal stories. These are real people who have been hurt and ill-used in real ways. There are consequences to this level of lies and manipulation – real victims. Yes, people have the freedom to be whoever they want or need to be, but that doesn’t mean we should just passively allow people to be hurt and manipulated without calling it out.

Oh my goodness, she is something else. I tried to be a good Christian and chat and her/give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she was just misunderstood. I won’t go into all of the many details, but she admitted to illegally obtaining prescription narcotics on the street and most of her Tweets consist of mocking and making fun of others, both Trump supporters and members of The Resistance. No Christian that isn’t in middle school acts that way. She tried preaching to me and let’s just say she misinterprets the Bible in the most extreme of ways. It truly scares me that people buy into this garbage when she has zero idea what she is talking about. If I spoke up, then I would personally get attacked by the self-proclaimed Jesus Freak who claims to have principles of utter kindness and love. People like that should not be leading ministries or have any followers. Anybody that disagrees with her and does not buy into her lies gets mocked, deemed as a cult member and someone who does not follow Jesus. She has no proof of her claims: as a spiritual advisor (I know the Obamas and they sure as hell do not know her) or of the supposed people she “saves” from the cult. She commits crimes from bullying to fraud. She also lies about her “cancer.” She states she cannot afford meds, yet goes on trips all the time. And with the kind of cancer she claims to have, she has no ability to stage the cancer when asked and with even stage 1, she’d be dead by now given the time span. The compulsive lying to buy friends and sympathy while dividing The Resistance is just disturbing. Who has 4+ Twitter accounts/aliases and uses them to like other account posts…and tags other accounts of hers to appear to have more people buying into her BS, although she clearly looks for sympathy. If anyone has been scammed and actually gave her money, please notify the FBI. They are well aware of her. And not as cohorts as she implies. It honestly comes down to a troll who does not have friends (note she never has a post about being out or having friend time) and tries to build herself up with the “Mean Girls” routine. It scares me to think people actually buy into this crap. She needs psychological help. For addiction, for whatever mental disorder(s) she has that lead to the constant lies and preying on good people, and probably an intervention to shut down her “ministry.” She’s out of her mind. Thank you for stepping forward, I totally agree with you. She always takes trips with money from donations then she has pics of her on the trips. She claims to be doing big ministry on these trips but in the pics she is never doing any ministry. Yet she takes peoples money to do ministry on these trips. She says she prayed for places on these trips. I dont think she knows how prayer works. You dont have to go to a physical place in order to pray for it. God can hear your prayer right where you are at. If she is just praying she can do that from home without taking peoples money. How stupid does she think people are. Then recently she claims to raise the dead again. She claims to always raise the dead yet its never on the news. And yes the FBI has heard of her and her fraud. And no Obama and Clinton have no idea who she is. She can get in some big trouble yet she doesnt care. She sounds like she has boarder line personality disorder. They lie and manipulate people. Why doesnt she work? She does not do real ministry. Is she on disability for something like a mental illness? Something is strange about that if you look at her she is always puffy and her weight goes up and down (mostly up). People who take antipsychotic meds have that and look puffy. If she had cancer she would be thin not overweight and puffy looking. I bet she already sees a psychiatrist.

It definitely could be borderline. No matter what it is, she belongs in prison. It has exceeded being sick and lying to taking advantage of vulnerable people. And she does it in the name of God! As an actual Christian, it makes me ill. In my opinion, she is dangerous on the streets like any rapist. How has she not been arrested?
I had to laugh about your comment about her not doing it in the news. I’d even settle for written news. She can’t possibly think people believe she can do that, can she?

I interacted with this account for awhile. In part due to my horror with the administration and in part due to some personal reasons. I can say that I try to perceive every person I interact with as telling their own truth based on their own experiences or things they need to work out internally.
I can’t say whether or not what she says is true, and I’ll keep my own analysis to myself and others can decide for themselves. I can say that although she did talk a lot about financial hardships, she never did ask for money from me. And at first, she was supportive of things in my own life.
The caution I advise people to follow is the disrespectful ways she treats others whole pointing fingers at others for the same. I can personally say that I found something to not resonate with my own spiritual beliefs, so I respectfully told her I was not comfortable speaking with her anymore. The reaction she had was first to block me, then disrespect me for my own faith (Catholic), tell me top come back to Jesus, and bombard me of messages assuming she knew a thing about my faith (never asked me, for the record, although I had told her my faith which she later lashed out telling me to stop following ‘the new age.’)
The encounter was unsettling and it was like her mask came off and a whole other person took over. I’m hoping she’s a good person and just took a bad day out on me, giving her the benefit of the doubt.
I had to block her account because the attacks her and the close followers of it make on others is like a middle school lunchroom at times to the point it bothered me and affected me to even see (I had to mute it on and off as a trial). But when she came after a person regarding their faith, not heart, it was too many red flags. My priest actually read it and said she’s in no way spesking for God or Jesus based on her attack towards myself (Just putting the nature of what she said as a minister into perspective). It was judgmental and mean spirited.
I have concerns about her health claims, working in healthcare and having family and patients who have battled the cancers she claims to have. I cannot speak for her doctors, but I can say that it would be in books for someone to have those cancers, no treatment, and traveling and having the energy like she does. Typically, it spreads fast and people are in too much pain to move at this point…with treatment. The people defending her do not use valid arguments about health and care but try to say it’s common knowledge that….whatever fills their agenda regarding labs and scans….. As a person that orders these things and helps treat cancer, I can say with conviction they are incorrect.
Now, I truly wish the best for all of those involved on both sides of things and am sad anybody was hurt. I do help those involved do a lot of inner work and get thr help needed that at the end of the say, only they and those caring for them know.
My biggest take home, personally, is that anyone who claims to know THE truth about this account, Trump, illuminati, the bible, or anything else is not someone to throw full trust into and needs to be taken with A grain of salt. A perspective, even through what one has lived, is not factual “how it is” and the account certainly does a lot of forcefully telling others that the account knows more truth than anyone else on the planet (obviously not exact wording, but they certainly imply). This is why science and philosophy are theories based on perspective and experiences and have margins of error…things evolve and unless you are the creator of it all, no…you only know a piece of the puzzle. But there are exceptions. And I have yet to see anything in life that is right/wrong, fact/lie or black/white. Life is very much in a gray area and any extreme belief to either end of the spectrum is where discord and danger come into play given religion, politics, dietary choices, you name it!
Thank you for a very well-written and mindful article that urges people to think for themselves rather than shoving “truth” aka lnes opinion down anyone’s throats. And the things you’ve uncovered are presented very respectfully. I hope more people can truly take steps back in all walks of life and take a similar approach! At the end of it all, I think a good heart and coming with good intentions are truly what matter!

I heard Hepzibah’s followers haven’t heard from her in a while although she still posts on not my president often. One of her friends that is looking for her told me that Hepzibah is pregnant with her partner Johnny or his other name Scott’s child. So she isn’t posting videos of her self lately because of that. Don’t know if it’s true. But people have been contacting me saying she went off line. I see though on her website she still claims to have endorsements from Clinton and Obama.

She was on our ministry as well. Somehow I am wondering if you claim you are a christian love Jesus then how can you lie about things? Is there no true fear of the Lord?. I had contact with her in the past when It came out all I stopped comunicating with her. Somehow I do feel being cheated.On the internet you can say anything You can make up your identity and be somewhere elase. You can hide the true self under a mask.
